Fresh sized broiler chicken breast is deboned by hand. The breast portions are trimmed, seasoned, oven- roasted and individually quick frozen. The hand trimming process results in tight portion control with a natural breast shape.

Ingredients
Chicken breast, Water, Tapioca starch, Sugars (sugar, dextrose, brown sugar, tapioca maltodextrin), Modified tapioca starch, Salt, Sodium tripolyphosphate, Seasoning (contains celery), Citric acid.
Preparation
READY TO EAT, THAW AND SERVE OR HEAT AS FOLLOWS:
1 Preheat conventional oven to 400ºF (204ºC) and reheat thawed pieces for 8 to 10 minutes
2 For microwave, thaw 1 piece (90g) and reheat on HIGH for 1 minute
HEAT THOROUGHLY TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165ºF (74ºC). INDIVIDUAL APPLIANCES VARY; THESE ARE GUIDELINES ONLY.
