Fresh broiler chicken breast is deboned by hand, cut into pieces and lightly seasoned. The seasoned pieces are coated by hand in a Southern-style breading, par fried, fully cooked and individually quick frozen. These fully cooked crispy golden brown pieces average 9 g/piece.
