RECIPE FOR THE MONTH OF DECEMBER

GREEK CHICKEN PANINI

INGREDIENTS:

  • 75 g Reuven’s Chicken Oven Roasted (11102) or Grilled (11803) Breast Strips, thawed
  • 2 Slices Rye Bread
  • 25 ml Tzatziki Sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Feta Cheese, crumbled
  • 2 slices Tomato
  • 1/4 cup Baby Spinach leaves
  • 1/8 cup Kalamata Olives, cut in half

PREPARATION:

  • Heat Panini grill to medium-high heat and spray well with cooking spray.
  • Mix Tzatziki Sauce and feta cheese, spread onto bread slices.
  • Cover bread slices with Chicken Breast Strips, olives, tomatoes, and spinach.
  • Top with remaining bread slices, Tzatziki Sauce down.
  • Place on Panini grill until golden brown.
  • Serving  1
